Chief, Business Execution and Performance

Joe has learned throughout his career that insurance is all about making and keeping promises to customers—which he believes is the heart of his role at Allianz Partners. Joe is a successful leader and brings a deep understanding of process improvement, technology, and product experience. As Chief, Business Execution and Performance, Joe and his team are responsible for driving the execution of many dimensions of our business strategy and finding new ways to enhance the overall performance of our business.

Joe is passionate about travel insurance because exploring new places is important to him and his family—which makes protecting the vacation dreams of others both inspiring and rewarding. In his free time, Joe enjoys traveling with his wife and two daughters. Whether it’s a short weekend road trip or a longer overseas vacation, those are the times he has made some of his best memories.

Joe holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Bucknell University and a master’s degree in finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
